A brief update for you lovelies out there.

I am now done with the cricket after 10 days of extreme fun and excitement in Wellington and Napier and I am currently in Christchurch.

Having not done a great deal other than party hard, cricket even harder and sleep very little I have little to report - sorry folks!

I have added some photos - yes this journalist has decided to enter the photographic department and learn some new skills - so enjoy viewing them. I am not drunk in any … promise.

Incidentally, there was a very warm meet up with me and Pesky who drove down to Napier with the lovely Abbey. It was great to meet the latter and equally as enjoyable to meet up with the former. A great curry helped us catch up. It had to be done, didn’t it?

Right, I am off for an early night, by my standards, as tomorrow (Monday) at 7 a.m. I start off on an epic journey to see the whole of New Zealand in three action packed weeks starting with the south island, then ending in Auckland in the north. I cannot wait and this fast tracked, high action stuff is what sums up travelling for me. Bring it on!
