Well after such an inspiring little poem I felt obliged to actually write something about myself!

My name is Paul or Dirty Dog.

I attended Loughborough University and spent a large amount of my time in Hooters found in neighbouring Nottingham. As for my team spirit and sporty physique – I made proper use of these by contributing to the university sport of drinking!

For the last 2 and a half years I have been working in the accounts department for a medical distribution company called Southern Syringe Services. When the chance came up to travel the world with three of my best mates I jumped at it.

My situation then changed slightly making me think a few times about what I am doing. (you know who you are). Hopefully things will be just as good when I get back as they are now!

I am going to use this year to work off my beer belly from all the “sporting” events I have been attending over the last few years. As for challenges – my philosophy is the same as Jason’s Bring it on!!!!!!
