Hey, sorry for the lack of posts of late. I have become very lazy, as have the photographic department of TripRoast!

Since my Birthday we have done a lot though.

After leaving Koh Samui we headed to the next Island of Koh Pha Ngan, the home of the infamous Full Moon Party.

Prior to the big night on the September 26, we did a bit of chilling as well as a really enjoyable Thai cooking course.

The four of us each made four dishes: Vegetable Spring Rolls, Thai Green Curry, Tom Yum Soup and Pad Thai Noodles. All very delicious and no injuries to report as our knife cutting techniques were just superb. Mum’s can looking forward to a four course extravaganza on our return. Dad’s can help with the washing up!

The Full Moon party was an experience, to say the least. Buckets of alcoholic drinks galore, as well as approximately 5,000 people packed onto the beach. Apparently in peak season the numbers double. A good time was had by all.

We have now moved to the west of mainland Thailand to Krabi, the home of some quite spectacular mountains.

Our visas run out on October 3, so we are rushing off to Phi Phi tomorrow, then a quick visit to Phuket before flying out to Kuala Lumpur. I am sure we will have time for plenty of rest though so do not worry too much!

Anyway, the photos will be up as soon as possible as will a more detailed update of events when I am less tired and feeling more creative.
